For B and C Grade computers, any major issue will be mentioned in the product description. The examples listed below are for reference purposes and are based off laptops

A+ GRADE Cosmetics: Excellent Condition; no obvious issues  Functionality: Excellent - no issues handling daily tasks or streaming video Casing: Generally Very Good with minor cosmetic imperfection; may have plastic wear or dents (does not interfere with functionality); No damage to moving parts like hinges and latches, etc. Screen: Perfect with no scratches or dead pixels  Keyboard, touchpad, palm rest: Excellent with little to no signs of usage Ports: No issues with ports Battery: Excellent to Perfect Condition (100%-90% battery life) Warranty: 90-day limited hardware warranty, 7-day return policy Rating: 10 out of 10

A GRADE Cosmetics: Very Good Condition; no obvious issues  Functionality: Excellent - no issues handling daily tasks or streaming video Casing: Generally Very Good with minor cosmetic imperfection; may have plastic wear or dents (does not interfere with functionality); No damage to moving parts like hinges and latches, etc. Screen: Perfect with no scratches or dead pixels  Keyboard, touchpad, palm rest: Very Good with only moderate signs of usage Ports: No issues with ports Battery: Very Good Condition (90%-75% battery life) Warranty: 90-day limited hardware warranty, 7-day return policy Rating: 8-9 out of 10

B GRADE  Cosmetics: Fair Condition; shows signs of use Functionality: Good - can handle all daily digital tasks with few issues Casing: Good to Fair with signs of usage, should expect scratches and or scuff marks (does not interfere with functionality); No damage to moving parts like hinges and latches, etc. Screen: may have minor blemishes; no dead pixels Keyboard, touchpad, palm rest: Good to Fair, with signs of usage, usually shows signs of wear on keys, touchpad or palm rest Ports: No issues with ports Battery: Working condition (85%-65% battery life) Warranty: 90-day limited hardware warranty (excluding any listed issues), 7-day return policy Rating: 6-7 out of 10

C GRADE Cosmetics: Okay Condition; shows signs of significant use Functionality: Okay - may run into issues running resource-intense activities (streaming video, accounting software, image editing) Casing: Signs of usage which include scratches and/or scuff marks and dents. (does not interfere with functionality including); minor damage/missing hinges covers Screen: OK, May include small scratches or blemishes (may not be larger than 1"); dead pixels in corners/edges only Keyboard, Touchpad, Palm rest: Shows signs of wear on keys, touchpad or palm rest Ports: 1/2 ports may not work as expected Battery: battery in poor condition/dead, no warranty on holding a charge [less than 65% battery life] Warranty: 90-day limited hardware warranty (excluding above issues), Batteries not covered under warranty Rating: 5 out of 10
